Medical Certificate

A valid medical certificate is required before participation in any Academy program.

Weather Policy

Training takes place rain or shine ( except adult group and private lessons).

When court conditions do not permit on-court training, alternative sessions may include:

  • Tactical Theory
  • Video Analysis
  • Footwork Training
  • Coordination Training
  • Fitness Activities
  • Learning tennis rules, scoring, and proper game play in a fun and interactive way, while developing strong theoretical fundamentals.

Make-Up lesson Policy

Group Lessons

  • Make-up sessions ("over hours") are available only for absences due to illness or injury ( longer than two weeks) and require supporting medical documentation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel participation in an upcoming season, a must be submitted one (1) week prior the upcoming season date.

Refund Policy

  • Withdrawal up to one week prior to the start of s season for whatever reason: A full refund will be provided (less 50.00 Euros administration fee).
  • Withdrawal within two days of the start of a season for no medical reason: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded (less 50.00 Euros administration fee).
  • Withdrawal within 24 hours of the start of a season for any reason NO refunds/credits will be provided.
  • Missed lessons due to personal reasons cannot be rescheduled or credited.

Injury Credit Policy

Players/Members who have started the calendar session and have to withdraw due to personal injury will get a prorated credit towards future sessions. A note from a doctor on his/her letterhead indicating the player cannot participate must accompany the credit request, then a decision will be made by the tennis Academy Coordinator on possible “make-up” dates. The prorated credit will be from the date we received the Doctors note.

Force Majeure

The obligations of the School under this Agreement may be suspended immediately without notice during the periods that the School must close of Force Majeure events including, but not limited to, fire, acts of God, war, governmental action, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, outbreaks of infectious disease, any other public health crisis, or any other, even beyond the School's control. If such an event occurs, the School's duties and obligations under this Agreement may be suspended or postponed until such time as the School, in its sole discretion, may safely re-open. A Force Majeure event will not entitle the parent(s), guardian(s) or other financially responsible party/parties to a tuition refund. The aforementioned explicitly waive their claims of unjust enrichment.
