Yeager, Christopher, Faculty, Social Studies

Mr. Christopher Yeager is a native of upstate New York but has spent most of his professional life working in Europe. He holds a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University, an M.A. in Economics from Binghamton University and a P.G.C.E. in secondary education from University of Sunderland. Prior to training as a teacher, Christopher was a senior executive at the Nielsen company, consulting fast moving consumer goods companies such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Nestle, Coca-Cola and Danone on their marketing and advertising strategy.
Over the past 9 years he has been teaching IB Economics, Business Management and Global Politics at international schools in Belgium, Netherlands and Armenia, most recently at the United World College in Maastricht, Netherlands as well as lecturing on Consumer Behavior, Account Management and Business Ethics at Odisee University College in Brussels, Belgium. In addition to being an IB examiner for Economics, Christopher has been on the advisory board of Hubro Simulations, Inc. and is the author of the Economics Internal Assessment and Extended Essay Guide for Revision Dojo, Inc.
